The Survey

Due to the complexity of staircases we have a dedicated team of surveyors with many years  experience within the staircase industry. Once on site we will advise you what will or will not work in accordance with Part K of the building regulations and if your staircase does not comply with the current regulations where ever possible we will re-design your staircase to meet all current regulations.

We undertake surveys on any type of project whether it be domestic new build, commercial new build, replacement projects, loft conversions, barn conversions or simply renovation projects.

Our staff can also advise on types of materials to be used along with any timber section sizes. Once a survey has been carried out we will formulate a detailed quotation along with a dimensioned drawing for your perusal.

We will then commit to your delivery requirements when we have received your written instructions to proceed. We can also attend supplier/co-ordination meetings to ensure total flexibility during the course of the project.
